Do You Remember….
There was a quote I heard somewhere that said “‘remember when’ is the lowest form of conversation” and I don’t completely disagree. Do you remember or maybe too often reminisce about an earlier version of yourself or others? When there may have been less “stress” or less worries, less pressure, less drama, but also less everything. Less substance. Less meaning. Less knowing. Less confidence. Less self-assurance. Maybe you had less body fat and a killer youthful glow, but you also didn’t know ‘more’. You have so much more now than you ever had before this very moment. Youth may be wasted on the young, but experience and wisdom comes with age and living more. Don’t lose sight of what you have now and don’t yearn too much for the past.
Trust that if you have not found your way, that you can will figure it out along the way.
Momentum builds through small, consistent action. Whether you’re working toward a personal milestone or a professional dream, progress comes from showing up. No going back.
What matters most is that you keep going, keep learning, and keep believing in the version of yourself you’re becoming.
